Creator accounts

A launch is for one X or GitHub account. That account is the identity people see. Fees never go to X or GitHub themselves. They go to the wallet Onboard made for that account.

Key facts

  • X and GitHub only.
  • The first launch for an account creates its wallet. Later coins reuse it.
  • Login for claiming lives on the coin page, not in Connect.

Picking an account

On Launch, choose X or GitHub, search, and confirm the profile. That is the person who can claim. You cannot split one launch across two accounts. If a team needs a split, they do that after the creator wallet receives the fees.

Proving it is you

Open the coin. Continue with the same X or GitHub account. That is how Onboard knows you are the creator. Then you can claim and open the wallet popup.

Profiles

The creator profile shows Claimed — coins whose fees go to that account — and Rewards. The wallet that actually launched a coin sees it under Launches on its own profile.
