Terms of Service

Last updated: September 6, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Onboard website and related services available at onboardthem.fun (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. What Onboard is

Onboard is a software interface that helps people launch and explore creator-linked tokens on Robinhood Chain using third-party protocols such as Pons. Onboard does not custody your funds, private keys for your personal wallet, or tokens you trade. Transactions are signed and submitted by you through your own wallet.

2. Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction and must not use the Service if applicable laws prohibit you from doing so. You are responsible for complying with local laws related to cryptoassets, taxes, and online services.

3. Accounts and social login

Some features require connecting a wallet and/or signing in with a social account (for example X, GitHub, TikTok, or YouTube) to verify creator identity and claim fees. You are responsible for the accounts and devices you use. Do not share claim access, seed phrases, or private keys with anyone.

4. Creator wallets and fees

When a coin is launched for a creator account, the Service may create or associate a dedicated on-chain wallet so creator fees can be directed to that identity. Claiming moves available fees according to the on-chain rules of the underlying protocol. Onboard does not guarantee fee amounts, claim timing, or third-party protocol uptime.

5. No financial advice

Nothing on the Service is investment, legal, tax, or financial advice. Tokens shown on Markets or coin pages can lose value, fail to trade, or become illiquid. You use the Service and interact with smart contracts at your own risk.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service for unlawful activity, fraud, or market manipulation;
  • impersonate another person or account, or attempt to claim fees for an identity you do not control;
  • attack, scrape abusively, or disrupt the Service or related infrastructure;
  • interfere with other users’ wallets, launches, or claims.

7. Third-party services

The Service integrates wallets, social networks, RPC providers, block explorers, and on-chain protocols that Onboard does not control. Their terms and availability apply separately. Outages or changes on those systems may affect launches, prices, charts, or claims.

8. Intellectual property

The Onboard name, branding, and interface are provided for use of the Service. You may not copy or misuse branding in a way that suggests endorsement. User-submitted token names, images, and descriptions remain the responsibility of the people who submit them.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ONBOARD AND ITS OPERATORS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR CRYPTOASSETS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR ANY SMART CONTRACT INTERACTION, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

12. Contact

Questions about these Terms can be sent through the public channels linked from onboardthem.fun.
