This Privacy Policy explains how the Onboard website at onboardthem.fun (the “Service”) handles information when you use the site. Onboard is built around public blockchain activity and optional social login for creator verification.
1. Information we process
Wallet and on-chain data
When you connect a wallet or use launch/claim features, we process public blockchain data such as wallet addresses, transaction hashes, token addresses, and related on-chain events. This information is already public on the network.
Social account data
If you sign in with a social provider (for example X, GitHub, TikTok, or YouTube) to prove creator ownership, we receive the profile information that provider shares for the requested scopes — typically a stable account id, username/handle, display name, and avatar URL. We use this to match you to the creator identity a coin was launched for and to operate claim sessions.
Content you submit
If you launch a coin, we store token metadata you provide (name, ticker, image, description, and optional links) so the coin can be listed and displayed.
Technical logs
Servers and hosting providers may automatically process technical data such as IP address, browser type, request timestamps, and error logs needed to operate and secure the Service.
2. How we use information
- to operate launch, markets, profiles, and claim features;
- to verify creator identity for fee claims;
- to keep the Service reliable and secure;
- to improve the product and fix bugs.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use social login to post, message, or act on your social account beyond reading the profile fields needed for verification.
3. Creator wallets
For creator fee routing, the Service may generate a dedicated wallet associated with a creator identity. Encrypted key material for that wallet is stored so the rightful creator can claim and, if they choose, export access. Protect any exported keys as you would any high-value secret.
4. Sharing
We may share information with:
- infrastructure providers (hosting, RPC, storage) that process data to run the Service;
- social login providers when you choose to authenticate with them;
- the public blockchain, when you submit transactions;
- authorities if required by law.
5. Cookies and local storage
The Service may use cookies or local storage for sessions, preferences, and wallet connection state. You can clear these through your browser, which may sign you out or disconnect a wallet session.
6. Retention
We keep operational records (such as launch metadata, identity links, and claim-related session data) for as long as needed to provide the Service and meet security or legal requirements. Public blockchain data remains on-chain indefinitely and is outside our control.
7. Security
We take reasonable technical measures to protect stored credentials and application data. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure. You are responsible for securing your own wallets and social accounts.
8. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your region). Do not use the Service if you are under that age.
9. International users
The Service may be hosted or accessed from different regions. By using it, you understand that information may be processed where our providers operate.
10. Your choices
- Disconnect your wallet in the interface or your wallet extension.
- Disconnect social accounts from the account menu where available.
- Stop using the Service at any time.
Because blockchain records are immutable, we cannot delete on-chain transactions or publicly recorded addresses.
11. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated policy.
