Fees

The launch fee you see is always 0.001 ETH. That number covers the live Pons launch fee, about 0.00029 ETH of first-time creator gas, and the remainder for Onboard.

Your wallet pays the current Pons launchFee() on the factory call. We read that value at prepare time. If Pons plus required funding would exceed 0.001 ETH, launching is disabled.

Trading fees are Pons fees. A creator tax, if set, is extra and goes to the GitHub creator wallet. Onboard does not invent a second off-chain balance.
